This website is operated by PXP Point Real Estate L.L.C ("PXP"), a licensed real-estate broker in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (trade licence 1651358, RERA registration 64294), at Binghatti House, Jumeirah Village Circle, Dubai, UAE. This page says what we collect through pxp.ae, why, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you send a form we receive the name and phone number you typed, together with the page you were on, the button you pressed, the language of the page, your device type, your browser's language and time zone, and the advertising parameters in the address bar (utm, gclid, fbclid and similar).
With every form we also receive the IP address of your connection and its approximate location.
The first time you tap the phone field, the page asks ipwho.is, a location service, for your country's dialling code so the field starts with it; ipwho.is sees your IP address to answer.
If you write to us on WhatsApp, call us or email us, we receive what you send through that channel, including your number or address.
If you accept cookies we also record analytics identifiers.
Why
To answer your enquiry, to send you the prices or the file you asked for, to consider you when you apply to work with us, and to understand which pages and which advertising bring enquiries.
We keep your details in our customer system (AmoCRM), our email and our internal messaging for as long as we work with you and for the period required by UAE law.
Who sees it
PXP staff, and the processors we use to run the site and the customer system: Vercel (hosting), AmoCRM (customer system), Telegram (internal messaging), Resend (email delivery), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising, through Google Tag Manager), OpenAI (advertising measurement), and ipwho.is (the dialling code).
We do not sell your details. We pass them to another company only when that is needed to carry out what you asked us for, for example to a developer when you ask us to reserve a unit.
Cookies
Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them in the banner. You can decline and the site still works.
The site also keeps two small notes in your browser that are not used for tracking: your answer to the cookie banner, and the dialling code looked up for the phone field.
Project pages
A project page on pxp.ae presents a developer's project and is not the developer's website. The same rules apply to the forms on those pages.
Your rights
Write to info@pxp.ae to see, correct or delete what we hold about you. We answer from that address.
