Nad Al Sheba Gardens is a gated community by Meraas, the developer of Bluewaters and BVLGARI Residences. Phase 11 is the last phase on sale: 210 homes, three-bedroom townhouses and four- and five-bedroom villas with private pools, all on three floors with a lift.
