Every recommendation begins with Dubai Land Department transaction data: what is actually selling and renting in an area, at what price, and how that has moved over the last months. We use AI to read that data faster and more completely than a person can, across the whole of Dubai. Then a person on the ground checks the unit, the building and the paperwork.
What you get before you decide:
- Relevant sales and rent comparisons, with their source and date
- The alternatives at a similar budget, in the same area and outside it
- All acquisition and running costs, and what PXP earns
- A clear recommendation. Often that recommendation is "don't buy"
