Buying in Dubai from abroad? Here is who does what.

Buying in Dubai from abroad? You can do most of it without flying in. Here is your part, and ours.

Your part

  • Tell us your budget, the kind of unit and how long you plan to hold
  • Choose from video viewings, live, with us walking the unit
  • Sign the offer and the sale contract, most of it digitally
  • Send the payment from your bank
  • If you cannot come on transfer day, sign a power of attorney before a notary, so someone you trust can sign for you

Our part

  • Find the units that fit, and drop the ones that do not
  • Walk every viewing on video, and show you the building, the view and the street, not only the rooms
  • Check the price against real sales in the same building, and the rent against today's new leases
  • Check service charges and any money owed on the unit before you commit
  • Prepare the paperwork and attend the transfer at the registration office

What you get at the end

A title deed in your name, issued by the Dubai Land Department, and, if you want, a tenant found for the unit.

Our read

The part that needs you in person is small. The part that needs someone on the ground is most of it: seeing what photos do not show, checking what the seller does not mention, and being in the room on transfer day.

Tell us your budget and timeline, from wherever you are.

Tell us what matters to you...?

20 minutes to discuss your budget, objective and timeframe, then agree a next step.
