Buying off-plan? Here is everything to check. Or let us.

Buying off-plan? Here is everything you should check before you pay a dirham.

  1. Registration. Every off-plan project must be registered with the Dubai Land Department before it is sold.
  2. Escrow. Your payments go into the project's escrow account, held by a bank under Land Department rules. It should be active, not frozen.
  3. Real progress. The Land Department publishes each project's completion percentage, verified by independent engineers, with site photos.
  4. The payment plan. What it asks you to have paid should match what is really built.
  5. The developer. How many projects it has handed over, and how close to the promised date.
  6. The contract. What it says about delays, changes to the unit and your right to cancel.

The first three are on the Land Department's Dubai REST app, free, for anyone. The rest take reading and records.

Or leave a request, and we do all of it for you: the project status, the escrow, the developer's record, the contract and the paperwork, kept in order from booking to handover.

Off-plan: commission 0%. Our service costs you nothing.

Send us the project you like.
